Sexual organ cosmetic surgeries are divided into male and female cosmetic surgeries of the sexual organ. For the female cosmetic surgeries of the sexual organ, the most commonly procedures performed are vaginal rejuvenation, vaginal tightening and then we have the cosmetic recontouring of the external sexual organs in the female. According to the particulars of the patients preference and these are performed on an outpatient basis, very simple procedures, generally they require an hour or two of procedure, postoperative courses are very short, generally about four to five days. Complication rates are very minimal including infection and minimal blood loss and not really a major complication portfolio. Again, this is a cookie-cutter procedure for every patient, the same procedure, no. It all depends on the patients request and what we do is we really try to learn the specifics of what the patient would prefer for us to perform. We will understand it, we will want to know about the patient's lifestyle and what their needs are so that the postoperative result is really what the patient is looking for and again, we always try to be very conservative. Nothing very aggressive, nothing you know that may render the patient at risk of any long-term complications.
Male cosmetic surgery of the sexual organ includes the male penile augmentation and penile lengthening and augmentation includes basically fat transfer and in some cases even implants depending on the particular needs of the individual and the lengthening includes a small incision in the posterior aspect of the penis and basically repositioning of the muscles causing the lengthening of the penis. It could cause about an inch or two of the lengthening at the most. In our practice, we do not try to really do anything aggressive. Bottom line is to give the patients a natural and conservative result with a minimal to no complication chance at all, so that is really our goal and we do not really do anything that may be risky as much as possible.
Now, the other things like hemorrhoidal tissue treatment or buttock augmentation or gluteal implants are also sort of put together in this area of our cosmetic surgery and again what we can do for the buttock augmentation is in order they call Brazilian Butt Lift and you know we can do fat transfer to the buttock area using the autologous fattening, your own fat suctioned from another area and put into the buttock area for using, you know, implants placed in the buttock area and again this could be discussed with the surgeon who would be coming in and it is this surgeon who is going to perform these procedures for you. The key here again is to be conservative, to minimize the risk and give you a very natural result with absolutely the shortest healing time, so make sure you ask any questions you may have.
